Sanad App (Accounting & Inventory Management) is fully committed to protecting the privacy and security of its users. This application is designed with an Offline-First architecture, meaning all accounting operations, invoices, client records, and debts are stored and processed locally on your device without any external server reliance.

1. Data Collection and Transfer

We do not collect, store, monitor, or transfer any of your personal or financial data to cloud servers. Your business data remains completely confidential on your local device. As developers, we have no access, control, or visibility over your financial transactions or inventory records.

2. Device Permissions Required

To function efficiently, the app requires the following standard Android permissions:

• Storage Permission: Granted solely to enable users to generate, save, and restore local database backups, as well as export invoices and financial reports.
• Camera Permission: Used exclusively for the "Smart Cashier Mode" to scan item barcodes rapidly using the device camera.

3. Data Security & User Responsibility

Since all data is localized on your phone, data preservation is the user's sole responsibility. We highly recommend:

• Performing regular manual backups from the application settings.
• Storing backup files externally (e.g., external drive or cloud storage).
• Securing your physical device via biometrics or pin codes to prevent unauthorized local access.
